Position 2: Office Assistant
Contract: Full time / Part-Time
Remuneration (23 and above yrs): £10.00 p/h
Hours: 16-37.5 per week
Bonus: Potential to earn more through commission based sales/KPIs

What we are looking for:

We require Office Assistant to join our busy team who already have strong sale backgrounds. You need to be articulate, focussed, an excellent communicator and be able to commit. We are currently recruiting for Office Assistant to join our busy and fast paced sales department. This is an exciting role for a candidate looking to develop a career in sales within a forward-thinking late night business. Working within London you will be selling both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, snacks, cigarettes and other related products to both consumers and businesses across London, and surrounding areas and in future all over the UK.

• All leads are inbound leads, meaning there is no cold calling. You need excellent closing and rapport building skills.

• You will be working alongside a dynamic and established team who will fully support you during your initial training period.

Essential Skills Required

• Experience in a sales or telesales role Sound commercial and business awareness
• Ability to demonstrate a good level of negotiation/closing techniques and communication skills.
• An excellent communicator
• Have the ability to negotiate at senior director level.
• Have excellent verbal and written communication skills (fluency in English is required). Familiar with Excel.
• Have a professional, confident and articulate telephone manner.
• Target driven.
• Highly competitive.
• Punctual.
• Good at building customer relationships

Brief Job Description

• Ensure all Leads and Orders received are entered into the CRM system accurately. Qualify new leads and prospective business coming from website, app, email or phone Support the Manager in running day to day business activities, administration and reports.
• Making and receiving telephone calls.
• Build rapport with new and existing clients.
• Administering the process of handling enquiries and close on sales leads.
